About the Job
  • Receiving bookings from the client’s representative / Traders to arrange shipments from point of origin to the final delivery point.
  • Instructing overseas partners to arrange shipments from point of origin and maintaining communication with them to ensure shipments are arranged and booked accordingly.
  • Tracks shipments and communicate with the client’s representative / Traders about the transaction progress.
  • To communicate and update the client’s representative / Traders on a regular basis on the status of their shipments.
  • Prepares import-export documentation for multiple accounts in various stages of completion in a highly time-sensitive environment.
  • Initiate timely invoicing and work closely with the accounting department to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Audits export files for compliance and upload into the ERP system.
  • Working together with TQM to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions.
  • Assisting the TQM in following up on the corrective action deadlines and KPI’s monitoring.
  • Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
  • Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  • Scheduling meetings and booking hotels and tickets.
  • Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's in business administration or supply chain preferred.
  • Females only
  • 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Fluent in English and French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of logistics, system and procedures and market intelligence is a plus.
