Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Responsible for day to day operations according to responsibilities delegated.
  • Responsible for overall services provided within the facility.
  • Responsible for drivers’ working schedules, by distributing and overseeing their working activities in order to meet associated business needs.
  • Updating employee information into company database
  • Review employees related documents
  • Explain company policies and procedures to employees
  • Make arrangements for any external meetings and events.
  • Handle employees’ requests and queries in a professional manner, and assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Responsible for the contracts related to the administrative services.
  • Generate reports
  • Prepare and monitor invoices
  • Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mails for Human Resources Department.
  • Handling Petty cash
  • Advising and instructing on various safety-related topics

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fluent English-Speaking & writing.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team/unit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of the HR role.
