Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for day to day operations according to responsibilities delegated.
- Responsible for overall services provided within the facility.
- Responsible for drivers’ working schedules, by distributing and overseeing their working activities in order to meet associated business needs.
- Updating employee information into company database
- Review employees related documents
- Explain company policies and procedures to employees
- Make arrangements for any external meetings and events.
- Handle employees’ requests and queries in a professional manner, and assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Responsible for the contracts related to the administrative services.
- Generate reports
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mails for Human Resources Department.
- Handling Petty cash
- Advising and instructing on various safety-related topics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Fluent English-Speaking & writing.
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team/unit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of the HR role.
