Job Description

  • Implements and maintains Human Resources information management systems for their organization.
  • Provides advisory services and guidance to management regarding system requirements based on company Capital and needs.
  • Gives technical guidance and direction to administrative, technical, and clerical staff on the operation and maintenance of the Human Resources data systems.
  • Provides on-the-job and formal training to Human Resources data system users using custom software and company applications.
  • Develops and implements strategies to address problem areas at the unit and Human Resources facilities.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is generally required for this job,
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the Human Resources fields

Skills :-

  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that rely on a structured approach with the ability to learn concepts/processes.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Significant experience in interpreting requirements, performing fit/gap analysis and preparation of systems design documents
  • Results and Action oriented.
  • Interpersonal Skills.
  • Communication skills.
