Job Description
Purpose:
Maximizing the potential of our pipeline products and/or new molecules/indications through developing strategic plans, providing insight, pulling resources and coordinate strategic activities to help bringing our innovations to more Egyptian patients faster.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to stay updated on pipeline developments, data generation & regulatory environment, and to provide periodic updates to relevant stakeholders
- Responsible to proactively execute and coordinate activities to communicate relevant pipeline scientific updates to TAEs and to collect market insights
- Responsible to proactively execute and coordinate activities to map future markets landscape & identify market dynamics, unmet medical needs, and access situation for pipeline products and new indications, and feeds this into a coherent organizational pipeline strategy
- Responsible to collaborate with business stakeholders and squad leads to ensure comprehensive early planning and effective decision making to maximize value and opportunity for our pipeline products/indications
- Responsible to Identify local data gaps and initiatives, and to collaborate with Medical Affairs, RWD, Clinical Operations and other relevant teams to fill these gaps
- Simultaneously working on different therapeutic areas and HCPs with strategic prioritization of activities and time allocation

- Strategic thinker, with ability to understand and communicate complex scientific concepts, and a strong business acumen are needed on top of all requirements
- Ability to connect on all levels, especially top KOL, TAEs and senior stakeholder levels
- Very strong communication skills with the ability to translate analysis, concepts and ideas into convincing communications
- Highly result oriented with ability to work against tight timelines
- Inspiring and Influencing leadership and ability to drive team coordination and collaboration
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills, with the ability of setting the right priorities in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Access and/or Medical within pharma industry
- Previous experience in customer facing roles and in cross-functional teams
- Project leadership / project management experience is a plus
