Job Description
- Meet and negotiate with potential retailers or tenants to secure the deals and submit offers.
- Acquisition of new tenants Building up and maintaining good relations with current and potential tenants.
- Maintain database for prospects and maintain and update the mall potential clients list.
- Meet the tenants to hear their issues & ideas and arrange a solution to their problems.
- Assist in preparing and adherence of annual Budget for Leasing.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 4 to 6 years
- Previous Mall leasing experience is a must
- Excellent English and Arabic
- Good interpersonal skills
- Education: Bachelor in business is preferred
- Experience in a senior position for 1 – 2 years is preferred
