Job Description
- Handle all customers’ segmentation to maximize company sales.
- Presenting all projects in a structured professional way.
- Record the customer information accurately in a CRM system.
- Track record of over achieving quotation
- Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose the most suitable offer.
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Maintain and update listings of available properties by our developer partners.
- Visit and show several sites and explain home features
- Working days: 6 days
- Working Hours:8 hours per day
Job Requirements
- 2:3 years of experience (commercial & residential)
- Bachelor's degree is a MUST
- High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
- Ability to follow up with the clients
- Presentable
- Owns a Car preferred not a must
- Branding skills, communication skills, negotiation skills and presentation
- Good command of English (written, spoken)
- Proven track of successful sales record
- MS Office familiarity
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
