Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparing Bills of Quantities and specifications ( English and Arabic);
- Managing all costs relating to the projects (Architecture, Civil, Interior Design) from the initial calculations to the final figures (Tender and Construction phase).
- Preparing Cost estimate (planning and control).
- Full Awareness of modern construction materials and their applications.
- Assisting in establishing client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
- Full Coordination with all departments.
