About the Job
  • Troubleshoot user and role provisioning issues reported through SR’s in MOS
  • Troubleshoot system outage issues and bring up services as necessary
  • Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues in IDCS
  • Attend weekly cadence meeting with customer and report on the issue progress
  • Make configuration changes in OIG and IDCS as required for issue resolution
  • Modify and deploy SOA workflows as required for issue resolution
  • Modify and deploy custom login page in container cloud service as required for issue resolution
  • Connect to OIG schema and run SQL queries to troubleshoot data issues
  • Run Audit reports in Oracle BI for forensic analysis of issues reported
  • Run SQL scripts and PL/SQL procedures to update custom rules tables for access provisioning
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and fine-tune systems as required
  • Deploy CPU and bundle patches to OIG stack
  • Upgrade App Gateway whenever a new version is released
Job Requirements

SKILLS:

Oracle Identity Manager experience with the following

  • Connector deployment
  • Deploying SOA workflows
  • Modifying approval workflows rules and access policies
  • Troubleshoot provisioning and reconciliation issues
  • Navigate Identity console for manual remediation of issues
  • Administration of Connector Server

Identity Cloud Service experience with the following

  • SAML Integration
  • OIDC Integration
  • Navigate Identity admin console and familiar with various features offered by IDCS
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
  • Experience navigating in OCI tenancy admin console
  • Familiar with SSH connections to Compute Instances

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree
  • Excellent communication and technical documentation writing skills
  • Development background will be valued
  • Fluent English (other additional languages will be also valued)
  • Availability to travel and work onsite at customers by at most 25% of the time
  • Availability to work 24x7 if required.
