Job Description

  • Troubleshoot user problems and determine possible solutions.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, installation, and testing of applications software.
  • Provide system-level support for computer software and business application
  • Participate in the development of training materials and assist in conducting training and workshops in parallel processing and use of large computer systems.
  • Investigate, recommend and install new applications.
  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
  • Document application problems and resolutions for future reference.
  • Scheduling and running regular tests to enhance the current systems and application
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as is the ability to contribute in a remote team environment. Ability to document procedures and debugging knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of Oracle database (SQL and PL\SQL).
  • Operating system administration & scripting.
  • Web Services (REST / SOAP).
  • Application servers WebLogic & Tomcat.
  • Basic network knowledge.
  • ITIL foundation knowledge.
