Job Description
- Actively listen to the concerns and needs of end-users
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Troubleshoots and solves the most complex network connectivity problems, including monitoring the network and servers for problems, diagnosing problems, and taking the appropriate corrective measures to ensure an expedient resolution.
- Defines and implements network disaster recovery and hardware, software and information protection and file integrity.
- Ensures network security by ensuring proper user accessibility and being able to reasonably guard against the most complex threats to security that will face our network.
- Install, administer, support, and maintain server hardware, peripherals, software, and operating systems.
- Maintain, prepare, and uphold processes for reporting, statistically monitoring, and logging network performance. This includes the ability to identify and resolve the most complex performance issues that may face our servers and network.
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Design and maintain network diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or for a new setup.
- Support the roll-out of new applications
- Contributing to the infrastructure team on configuration, implementing, and maintenance of various technologies “Active Directory, Office 365, System Management, O365 tools, and Backup System.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- ITIL, MCSE level certification or knowledge of Microsoft on-prem, Azure, and O365 infrastructure technologies.
- Effective prioritization and time management
- Previous experience in infrastructure consulting highly valued
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
