Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for managing documentation.
- Ensure the proper documents are created and signed.
- Follow policies in storing accurate data and documents.
- Organize and archive documents after scanning it.
- Managing databases and preparing letters.
- Fulfill document retrieval requests.
- Retrieve and data documents quickly and efficiently when needed.
- Maintain all kinds of documents and check for signatures and dates or as much as drafting and editing sentences.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours from 8 to 4 with half an hour break.
- 2 Days off.
Job Requirements
- Females Preferred
- Excellent English Skills.
- Holding a Bachelor’s degree.
- Have a very good knowledge of quality management operations.
- Have an Excellent knowledge in using MS Outlook, WORD, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Very good attention to details.
- Highly organised.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic analytical experience.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Data organization and storage knowledge.
