Job Description

  • Ensure customer's queries are answered with the aim of a first-time resolution.
  • Ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers.
  • Achieve KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality.
  • Receiving all customer's calls and handle them properly.
  • Handle customers across different platforms, including Social Media, Email and phone.
  • Confirming availability from the Partners and courier pick up.

Job Requirements

  • Very Good English
  • Proven previous experience in a Customer Care role (Telecommunication industry eg. ex-Vodafone, BDO, Xceed ... etc).
  • Proven ability to maintain high-quality calls.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer issue resolution across all contact channels (e-mail, social media and phone).
  • Good PC & typing skills in English & Arabic.
