Job Description
- Promote new membership
- Maintain renewals
- Promote additional services
- Invoicing and collection
- Provide support to users as needed.
Job Requirements
- Preferably to have Library & Information Sciences background, or at least Business degree
- Well command of English language (Speaking, reading, and writing)
- Experience at least 2-3 years Sales or Tele-sales experience in the related field to IT or library services
- Have Tele-sales selling skills and preferably to have past experience in promoting products over the phone or have worked on a Call Center
- Excellent communication skills
