Job Description
- Building a strong network with suppliers, organizing the relationship with them, Setting the basis and procedures for their evaluation, classification, and accreditation in addition to the constant search for suitable suppliers in the local markets and contacting them, keeping and classifying all information related to them that includes their policies, quality systems and programs used in addition to the prices of services and conditions Payment and delivery.
- Study the minimum quantities and amount of stock of the needs of different departments in coordination with the concerned department to achieve a balance between the existing and required quantities
- Supervising the solicitation and study of local and foreign procurement offers, obtaining and evaluating the best offers in terms of quality, delivery dates and prices, preparing reports and recommendations necessary to make decisions regarding the marketing department and coordinating with the concerned department. Strengthening and organizing public relations with accredited suppliers to ensure continuity in obtaining the best services and offers.
- Receive the purchase requests from the companies supplying the company, review them and ensure that they contain all the necessary data and ensure that they are approved by the relevant department in accordance with the approved instructions and powers.
- Issuing purchase orders to request the needs of different departments from suppliers and coordinating with the financial department to open financial credits if necessary, and following up all procedures related to implementing purchase orders to ensure that they are shipped and delivered on agreed dates in order to avoid delays
- Follow up the preparation of statements of the purchases of the needs of the various departments and present them to the financial department and follow up on the costs of requests and needs
- Request the necessary samples and follow up on the checks that are carried out.
Job Requirements
