Job Description
- The mission of the reporting analyst is to ensure the production and delivery of customer reports (Internal/External) Continuous improvement of existing reports and participation in the implementation of innovative systems while ensuring compliance with reporting delivery.
- Standardize reporting across processes, functions, towers and regions.
- Provide essential reports that give visibility in all aspects to the management team.
- Present cost effective solutions to operations and management teams based on the data and assessment provided.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of Call Center experience
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
- High familiarity with Power Bi
- Working as a workforce reporting in a call center is a MUST
