Job Description

  • Deal directly with customers face to face.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Handle, Manage and efficiently deal with customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Understand the process cycle and acts upon it.
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree with any relevant discipline.
  • Language: Very Good command of the English language (written, orally).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of customer care/customer service experience (smart-phone after sales stores).
  • Personality: High follow up and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
