Job Description
- Being responsible for running the CNC section and operating the CNC machines.
- Running the CNC section with high profession.
- Development of CAM programs for (CNC milling machines – CNC Turning machines – Wire Cut machines).
- Manufacturing Sheet metal dies, Die Cast molds and Plastic molds.
- Designing and manufacturing required spare parts.
- Participate, guide and support all section employees to contribute in performing the quality, environmental and occupational health& safety systems effectively.
- Support the role of the section to highlight its leadership on its responsibility areas for quality, environmental and occupational health & safety systems.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelors of Engineering (Production & Design major is Preferred).
- 4-5 Years of Experience.
- Complete awareness of modern techniques of designing and manufacturing sheet metal dies, die cast molds and plastic molds.
- Complete awareness of operating (CNC Milling machines – CNC Turning machines – Wire cut machines).
- Complete awareness of programing CAM programs for the above mentioned machines.
- Complete awareness of CAD programs (Solid works is preferred).
- Profession in managing technical teams for operating CNC machines.
- Competencies: to have Core Competencies according to AHRAM manual of Core Competencies.
