Job Description
- Handling shipments sheets to be ready for data entry.
- Record every single shipment by new reference name through system.
- Print all needed tags for merchandise.
- Record all transactions between the HQ warehouse and all branches (saving PO’s).
- Handle all system issues.
- Supervise shipments receiving, segregate merchandise, matching set-items.
- Create shrinkage report, not accepted or damaged items.
- Supply all stores with all needed products on time
- Conduct goods-transfer between stores or elsewhere
- Participate in required regular and random physical inventory.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Accounting is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience; exposure to retail is a plus
- Experience in Inventory is a plus
