Job Description
- Prepare design for Home Automation systems which is cost effective and meets customer requirements.
- Designs includes solutions for: Light Control, Distributed / Zoned Audio, Distributed Video, Intercom, Intrusion Detection, MATV, PBX telephones system, CCTV, Access Control, Network Infrastructure (UTP / Fibre).
- Create technical proposal document according to work instructions and requirements including solution design description, statement of work, product datasheets.
- Prepare shop drawings, Single Line Diagram, Schematic Diagrams & Technical Submitting.
- Prepare pricing sheet and financial proposal including Bill of Quantities of all proposed products and their respective costs.
- Review client requirement documents, request necessary clarifications to achieve full understanding of customer requirements.
- Do any additional work requested by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- B.SC in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
- 2-4 years experience in home automation System Designs and implementation.
- Experience in Home Automation systems including (Light Control/ AC / Shutter / Current Control/ Surveillance Systems/ MATV/ Intercom System/ PBX Telephony Systems/ Data Network Infrastructure (Passive)/ Wifi / LAN/ Computer Servers and Data Storage Systems/ Zoned Audio Systems/ Distributed Video/System Integration
- Proficient in MS Office and Autocad
- Communication skills both written and verbal
- High organizational skills and ability to manage stress and meet deadlines
