Job Description
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Receive, direct and reply telephone messages, E-mail and fax messages.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive and sort daily mail.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. • Aware of company policy and work regulations.
- Administers medical insurance.
- Maintains human resources records by tracking attendance ,annual, sick vacation.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience.
- Academic: Bachelor Degree.
- Administration background is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- V. Good command of English.
- V. Good user of Microsoft office.
