Job Description
The position serves the generation, design and farming of private sector clients in CID Consulting.
- Lead market research to support in formulating the business development strategy
- Promote CID’s corporate capabilities and services to Clients.
- Generate and validate leads with private sector clients
- Develop thorough briefing of client needs and consulting scope.
- Work closely with practices leads in CID to design winning solutions that offer integrated consulting value for our clients.
- Lead the development of comprehensive value offering to CID clients.
- Structure and negotiate contracts and consulting engagement with the client.
- Work closely with project teams to assess implementation, ensuring consistent feedback and service development
- Build and maintain long-lasting and effective relationships with Clients, consultants, partners, and key stakeholders
- Research and propose service innovation to meet market needs
- Build partnerships to allow CID to expand its services.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in consultative selling or marketing in a B2B environment, including but not limited to: account management; marketing consulting; strategy and/or management consulting; sales, business development, or solution architects in IT services.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and presentation skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong commercial and numerical acumen
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Consultative Selling capability is an asset
- Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic
