The position serves the generation, design and farming of private sector clients in CID Consulting.

Lead market research to support in formulating the business development strategy
Promote CID’s corporate capabilities and services to Clients.
Generate and validate leads with private sector clients
Develop thorough briefing of client needs and consulting scope.
Work closely with practices leads in CID to design winning solutions that offer integrated consulting value for our clients.
Lead the development of comprehensive value offering to CID clients.
Structure and negotiate contracts and consulting engagement with the client.
Work closely with project teams to assess implementation, ensuring consistent feedback and service development
Build and maintain long-lasting and effective relationships with Clients, consultants, partners, and key stakeholders
Research and propose service innovation to meet market needs
Build partnerships to allow CID to expand its services.

5-8 years of experience in consultative selling or marketing in a B2B environment, including but not limited to: account management; marketing consulting; strategy and/or management consulting; sales, business development, or solution architects in IT services.
Excellent organizational, time management, and presentation skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong commercial and numerical acumen
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Consultative Selling capability is an asset
Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic
