Job Description
- Create periodical activity reports with analytics and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with revenue and expense specialists to issue sound financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with external auditor to provide information as required.
- Coordinate and reconcile statements with nursing supervisor to create inventory usage reports to assist in supplier billing.
- Oversee all accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Oversee all cash management functions.
- Review payroll statements.
- Monitor internal controls.
- Mitigate any financial problems caused by front desk or nursing staff.
- Developing plans for financial and performance growth.
- Participating in budgeting processes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in financial management (between 5 to 8 years’ experience)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to solve problems in a short time and quietly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Bachelor of business administration, accounting, or related field required.
- Working towards a professional designation or MBA is preferred.
