Job Description
- Developing sales talent through the use of sales management techniques.Follow the established operations procedures to ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues
- Using CRM software to monitor team-client communication. Provide regular status report and gather requirements from departments and provide input into the infrastructure products that are bought.
- Teaching sales team closing techniques and how to negotiate for the best possible deal.Interact with customers at the technical level, as required
- Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and targeting potential clients.Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Planning and organizing Sales staff daily work schedule.Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Writing and submitting daily sales reports.
- Keeping up to date on current market changes and trends.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Prepares and submits the yearly corporate sales plan and budget to the brand manager for approval.
- Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
