Job Description
- Manage day to day construction activities to ensure the delivery of goods & services to projects within the planned delivery time, budgeted cost & best payment terms.
- Work closely with various departments. (Technical office, operation, Finance, etc.) to facilitate the workflow.
- Review & enhance suppliers & subcontractors list for each item and activity.
- Periodically prepare the cash-out plan in coordination with the Finance team.
- Review the KPIs for department staff.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 15-20 years of experience.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil or Electromechanical Engineering.
