Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan in line with the roadmap of Careem Bus
- Help defining meaningful metrics to focus on that are aligned with our roadmap
- Find ideas to improve growth metrics
- Continuously A/B test different ideas; analyse and report results
- Get user feedback through surveys
- Drive massive upticks in user acquisition, activation and retention
- Work in cross-functional teams with product, engineering and marketing side by side to tackle growth
- Build dashboards for monitoring KPIs and performances
- Lead target and budget setting
Job Requirements
- You have 3-5 years of work experience and have a degree from an accredited university
- Strong commercial sense
- Analytics / Data driven approach: Clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
- Extremely curios to learn
- Experience in CRM and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Braze, Optimizely is a plus
- Highly collaborative
- Optimization focused
- Detail oriented
- Ability to influence others
