Job Description
- Answer Calls & vendors inquiries, handling their accounts .
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
- Auditing, archiving and Record data on G/L System.
- Record bank reconciliations.
- Compiling data and determines customer margin in stock purchased, Preparing client’s financial position assessment.
- Notifies account officer when customer margin is exceeded financial regulatory authority regulations and maintenance margin to decrease risk level.
- Researching customer margin account problems using customer account information and transaction records, emailing customers monthly by sending their account statements which clarify their financial positions according to financial regulatory authority regulations.
- Preparing margin trading report of margin customers daily which clarifies customer's financial positions, monitoring margin trading transactions to ensure that there has been executed according to financial regulatory authority regulations.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of Experience in accounting
- Good English
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Financial services background is a must.
