Job Description

  • Coaching the team with the help of leadership and management techniques to deliver world-class service
  • Managing negative and positive behaviours constructively
  • Ensure agents are reaching their targets by holding regular one-to-one meetings and feedback sessions
  • Solve tricky escalations and crisis management situations
  • Develop the team and support individual progression and learning.

Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in leading teams, preferable in offshore contact center.
  • Fluent English proficiency, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced level of excel is essential.
