Job Description
- Owning the entire sales process from lead generation, closure and delivery ensuring smooth pipeline progression to maximize results
- Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the field
- Setting sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
- Putting a plan to grow the business
- Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products/services; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Contacting new clients to follow up their business and achieve the company’s plan to reach a certain target of the client.
- Establishing account plans; manage client opportunities and the successful closing.
- Handling demos & presentations.
- Providing quotes of product and service prices, and negotiate sales with customers.
- Opening and maintaining customer sales accounts and keep records of customer transactions.
- Preparing a weekly analysis sales report and provide feedback to sales team leader
- Preparing reports on account status
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Supervising and supporting sales representatives
- Communicating with clients to resolve issues and inquiries
- Sustaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Accomplishing marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
