Job Description

  • Owning the entire sales process from lead generation, closure and delivery ensuring smooth pipeline progression to maximize results
  • Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the field
  • Setting sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
  • Putting a plan to grow the business
  • Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products/services; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Contacting new clients to follow up their business and achieve the company’s plan to reach a certain target of the client.
  • Establishing account plans; manage client opportunities and the successful closing.
  • Handling demos & presentations.
  • Providing quotes of product and service prices, and negotiate sales with customers.
  • Opening and maintaining customer sales accounts and keep records of customer transactions.
  • Preparing a weekly analysis sales report and provide feedback to sales team leader
  • Preparing reports on account status
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Supervising and supporting sales representatives
  • Communicating with clients to resolve issues and inquiries
  • Sustaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Accomplishing marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
