Job Description
We are looking for a right-brained architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction.
You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservation from the earliest stages right through to completion.
You'll be responsible for the Design Team:
- Receive job from the head of department and brainstorm together
- Assign tasks with deadlines to the architecture team
- Pass final drawings to both interior and technical team
- Receive, review, and report final drawings to head of department
- Deliver finals to project manager after approval of the head
- Follow up with both project manager and technical team leader to make sure we’re on track till delivery
- Report milestones to head of department
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of design and working drawings experience.
- Proficiency in design software: Autocad, Photoshop Post Production
- Proficiency in Exterior 3D Visualization
- Proficiency in Vray / 3Ds max
- Proficiency in Revit is a bonus
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Skill of coordinating with several channels
