Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate, inspect, maintain, design, analyze and improve various types of equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment.
- Machine design with assembly machines, conveyor and pack systems
- Accurately calculate for bearing and shaft loads and to select components for design
- Design conveyor belts for the production line
- Accurately calculate for bearing and shaft loads and to select components for design
- Manage projects from concept and initial stages right through to implementation
- Specifying and implementing materials handling solutions and conveyor systems.
- Designing, analyze and engineering calculation by using solid works 3D modeling
- Following the manufacturing of products and planning manufacturing sequence according to assembly rank.
- Continuous development of conveyors systems and material handling equipment.
- Design the mechanical components for the system and run any necessary FEA or simulations using SolidWorks and Ansys programs.
- Follow up on the manufacturing process to assure quality

- Experience in Bucket elevator designing
- Design and produce necessary drawings to manufacture standard conveying equipment and/or modified equipment in accordance with customer s specific needs.
- Support Manufacturing with problems that relate to design, bills of material or item masters.
- Plan, organize and implement design projects from initial concept to testing.
- Perform design layouts and drafting on CAD systems as needed.
- Select and specify purchased parts and materials as needed.
- Work closely with Manufacturing and Quality to identify and resolve design issues via various troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
