Job Description
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in the Android platform.
- Strong experience in designing, developing, testing and delivering mobile applications for Android.
- Strong programming skills with Native development environments for Android (Java).
- Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD), unit and integration testing, defect analysis and resolution
- Mobile Web experience (HTML5/JavaScript) is preferred
- Experience in Storyboarding, Custom UI Experience designing
- A track record of delivering well-crafted software solutions
- Committed to delivering quality software solutions using the Agile software development cycle
- Comfortable working with clients in all phases of the product creation
- A self-starter with a 'can do' mentality
- The candidate should be able to reference Apps they have done in the App Store.
