Job Description
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Write correspondence (letters/emails), forms, MOM, transmittal letters ... etc.
- Write meeting’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences ... etc.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Prepare technical and financial offers.
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any related field. (Business administration / commerce backgrounds are preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience (Engineering Consultant Experience).
- Excellent Command of English (written & verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office is a MUST.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
