Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a company products and answer customers inquiries.
- Achieve Monthly/quarterly telesales target.
- Responsible for Call new customers and Follow up with them.
- Redirect customer needs to the sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Keep records of calls and sales.
- Contact customers for surveys if needed.
Job Requirements
- More than 2 years of Proven experience as telesales representative or other customer service role.
- Track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work under pressure
