Job Description
- Participates in implementing the organization’s quality plan under supervision of the head of quality department.
- Participate in development & ensure implementation of policies & procedures
- Assist in internal surveys to measure the hospital performance on regular basis.
- Participates in the education and training of the hospital staff on quality program.
- Actively participates on or facilitates committees such as: infection control, drug committee, blood bank, ..etc.
- Performs other related duties as requested by the head of the quality department.
- Presents the quality evaluation of hospital services in the hospital quality meetings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in healthcare field
- CPHQ or Diploma in TQM
- Minimum 1 year experience in quality
- Excellent interpersonal communications and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of JCI standards.
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
- Computer skills.
