Job Description
- Prepare documentation of all necessary Export documentation.
- Track and trace cargo as necessary to ensure proper movement and delivery.
- Provide the accounting department with proper and correct billing information.
- Help in generating Export Sales.
- Manage all customers’ communications.
- Communicate with customers regarding the disposition of Freight (i.e. tracking & tracing, routing & dispatching, and rate quotations).
- Communicate & correspond with other Company branches and agents for customer satisfaction, and ensure excellent service execution.
- Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding shipment dispatch, routing, pricing, and rates.
Job Requirements
- BH degree in Business administration or supply chain.
- Min 3-5 years of mixed experience in a similar or related position in an FMCG company.
- Planning, Organizing, Advance level analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills, project management skills.
