Job Description

  • Develops and manages social media programs from implementation/posting, daily and timely consumer response and interaction.
  • Develop and oversee effective SEO/SEM /Google Edward/ Twitter/Snap chat and content marketing strategies to generate meaningful customer experiences
  • Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant programs and upload to our website
  • listing information, and maintaining accurate information
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing and social media campaigns to assess performance and adjust as needed
  • Identifies opportunities to optimize and maximize performance, including analyzing sales data, and market trends to make quick, effective decisions for the business.
  • Manages site promotions across all products and brands, and the complete customer life-cycle
  • Utilizes product catalog web application to build on-line category and product groupings
  • Prepares regular reporting to ads in accurate seasonal plans and strategy creation
  • Reviews competitor websites to ensure industry alignment with promotions and trends.
  • Assists with other cross-functional tasks and special projects as needed

Job Requirements

  • The expertise of social media owned, earned, and paid
  • Creative and curious ability to explore new opportunities within the industry and social space, and excited to share learning with the team for collaboration
  • Demonstrates engaging customer experience techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolution
  • Expertise/understanding of digital media management tools (bid management, analytics, SEO, Google Ad words)
  • Highly organized and highly attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Thorough in executing tasks and communicating status cross-functionally as needed
  • Effectively communicate the goal of designs and understand that every piece of media has a specific designated size.
  • Effective in setting tasks and meeting milestones, deadlines and goals
  • Experienced in managing product content and digital assets
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time.
