- Advertising vacancies by placing adverts with the requirements and job description in a wide range such as Social media, Newspapers, Websites, etc…
- Generating a pool of candidates by receiving resumes through channels such as Employment fairs, Database, Social media, Recruitment websites, and Referrals.
- Headhunting, identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
- Filtering and selecting the received resumes according to the required criteria.
- Schedule and conduct initial screening interviews for local and offshore accounts.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing and conducting interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Call Center
- Very good command of the English language.
- Very good computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hard Worker, Active listener and target-oriented.
