Job Description

  • Drive and manage all Marketing and Communications activities, ranging from branding, events and exhibitions, leadership & employee communications, media relations, digital marketing and social media, while ensuring global standards and practices, policies and procedures are met.
  • Measure the effectiveness and success of comprehensive marketing and communications programs/ activities as appropriate to ensure proper brand image and position within the marketplace and the general public.
  • Developing branding initiatives and company positioning after the re-branding of Siemens Healthineers. Ensuring delivery of an enduring brand message across all external and internal channels
  • Drive company and management positioning in the media ensuring all opportunities are fully vetted.
  • Internally promoting a diverse corporate culture.
  • Plan and manage all SHS Exhibitions, tradeshows, Product launches, customer events and internal events that enhance our organization's image, improve client loyalty, and support our client experience.
  • Define and manage Marketing and Communications budget allocation and ensure proper budget utilization to serve MARCOM strategic goals as well as business goals in relation the scope of Marketing and Communications.
  • Working closely with Heads of Business Areas, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate MARCOM tools, materials and presentations within the scope of Marketing and Communications.
  • Manage and ensure Donations spend is compliant with Siemens Healthineers guidelines and local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • 6-10 years of proven experience in managing a Marketing and Communications function in a multinational or international organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets.
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management.
