Job Description
- Study in-depth project documents (Contract, drawings, BOQ and Specs)
- Create WBS and logical activities sequences to build project baseline.
- Load project resources and prepare resources histograms.
- Prepare tender projects time plans.
- Prepare the extension of time claims with its supportive documents.
- Prepare regular progress reports.
- Set up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.
- Prepare cash flow reports.
- Prepare cost reports (cost performance reports/ cost variance reports)
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Civil / Architecture Engineering.
- Previous experience planning and cost control is a must.
- Proficiency in using P6
