Job Description
IT Technical Support Engineer, install, monitor, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and related systems.
- Install and configure the group’s computer hardware and software operating System and applications.
- Maintain and Monitor computers network and control rooms connection.
- Diagnose and solve hardware and software troubleshoot.
- Perform electrical safety check on computer equipment.
- Respond to demand in a timely fashion.
- Furnish technical immediate support for employees.
- Support the day to day operations
- Educate employees about network security and best practices for computer usage.
Job Requirements
Education:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science.
- Professional Certificates e.g.: CCNA MCSE
Work Experience:
- Work Experience from 3 to 5 years.
Skills:
- Good command of English Language
- Problem Solving Skills
