Job Description
- To implement & safeguard processes for all shops partnered with InstaShop
- To make sure that all our technical solution in the shop work properly (tablets, desktops, speakers etc.)
- To assure the speedy & accurate delivery of products
- To gather or create employee schedules per shop
- To provide support for the team on daily subtasks & projects as to identify your next area of growth.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Previous customer service experience
- Flexibility to work rotational hours, till 1 am or later
- Courteous and positive attitude while handling customers
- University graduates/ drop outs are welcomed to apply
