Job Description

Serve as a primary relationship owner for the network of test delivery partners within [South Asia / East Asia / Middle East and Africa / UK and Europe] with responsibility for test delivery support, training, and quality assurance. Ensure candidates derive maximum value from their test experience through our test venue network.

  • Establish and maintain a partnership model with test venues that ensures appropriate management and support of growing network of test venues
  • Ensure delivering the test to a high standard with a high level of test security and providing candidates a positive test day experience
  • Reviewing test administration policies, procedures and SLAs to ensure that they are optimized to support growth, deliver efficiency, enhance security and improve customer experience.
  • Protect and maintain the integrity of the Clients’ client relationship, building trust and integrity through transparent regular communication with all Test Venues
  • Ensure that Test Venue quality assurance is reviewed, and compliance procedures are followed and supported by regular communication, training and embedding
  • Meet/exceed the contractual KPIs through operational performance.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement training strategies to increase operational performance from test venues
  • Deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Monitor and respond to candidate numbers across the relevant network of Test Venues to ensure capacity and occupancy leads to increased revenue
  • Contingency and crisis support to a test venue if necessary

Job Requirements

  • Educated to degree level in a business-related field

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships to achieve targets
  • Demonstrated administrative and budgeting skills in a complex fast paced environment
  • Experience with financial systems and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills able to develop strong rapports with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to utilise Microsoft Office
  • Time management and self-motivation are important, with the ability to prioritise tasks and plan workflow in a fast-paced environment
