Job Description
- Responsible for client negotiations pertaining to all commercial and contractual matters and tender bid submittals, negotiations and reviews.
- Takes an active role in business development and tender negotiations, reviews, and meetings.
- Responsible for the general management of sales activities of the company, including but not limited to liaising with clients relevant to price negotiations, local purchase orders, following up on payments/accounts, preparation of correspondence relevant to project/s/contracts ..etc.
- Ensures a healthy business relationship between the company and contractors/consultant via open communication lines and regular consultations.
- Ensures that commercial risks are reduced to the simplest minimum if not totally eliminated when closing sales contracts/agreements.
- Apprise the management on commercial/sales performance and related developments and analyse the significant aspects of the data gathered to ensure its maximum application in the company’s overall sales and marketing targets and goals.
- Assist in training and development of department staff in the promotion of quality standards and practices within the department.
Job Requirements
- Faculty of Engineering (Civil - Construction ) + MBA holder is preferred.
- At least 10 years Experience in construction field and Currently working in a Managerial position.
- Committed to continuing education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Maximum age 45 years.
