We are looking for a talent that has:

Great knowledge of SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016
Good knowledge and experience on ULS analysis
Good understanding of Fiddler and Browser Developer Tools
Good understanding of PowerShell
Good understanding of SharePoint Designer 2013
Good understanding of Network analysis (http requests, https, cookies, authentication, etc.)
Good understanding of Web standards (HTML, CSS, AJAX, etc.)
Good understanding of Javascript debugging
Good understanding of general troubleshooting methods (scoping questions, narrow down the issue)
Good understanding of Office 365 technology
Good understanding knowledge of Windows OS, 7, 8 and 10 (Program Files, Control panel, registry, Processes, services, etc.)

Ideally, you might also be familiar with:

Understanding of domain infrastructure.
Understanding Office Core applications: interface, usage/functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, InfoPath, Access)
Understanding Office integration with different platforms: Windows, 3rd party network shares/OS, mobiles, SharePoint, OneDrive
C# code reading and analysis
