Job Description

It’s your chance to:

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, while working with diverse audiences including highly technical IT professionals, developers, architects, and executive management.
  • Exhibit leadership through personal responsibility, accountability and teamwork.
  • Act as a technical focal point in cooperative relationships with other companies.
  • Manage crisis situations that may involve technically challenging issues and diverse audiences.
  • Own and resolve technically complex mission critical or politically hot customer issues
  • Be responsive to customer needs which may sometimes require outside of normal business hours or on-call rotation.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of released products, take ownership for product improvement, and participate in pre-release activities and BETA programs.
  • Lead meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop customer solutions efficiently.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a talent that has:

  • Great knowledge of SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016
  • Good knowledge and experience on ULS analysis
  • Good understanding of Fiddler and Browser Developer Tools
  • Good understanding of PowerShell
  • Good understanding of SharePoint Designer 2013
  • Good understanding of Network analysis (http requests, https, cookies, authentication, etc.)
  • Good understanding of Web standards (HTML, CSS, AJAX, etc.)
  • Good understanding of Javascript debugging
  • Good understanding of general troubleshooting methods (scoping questions, narrow down the issue)
  • Good understanding of Office 365 technology
  • Good understanding knowledge of Windows OS, 7, 8 and 10 (Program Files, Control panel, registry, Processes, services, etc.)

Ideally, you might also be familiar with:

  • Understanding of domain infrastructure.
  • Understanding Office Core applications: interface, usage/functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, InfoPath, Access)
  • Understanding Office integration with different platforms: Windows, 3rd party network shares/OS, mobiles, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • C# code reading and analysis
