Job Description
- Gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Secures information by completing database backups in TMG shared resources.
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Maintains sales operations in SAP by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Monitor reservation and support Sales team.
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures.
- Verifies entered customer and Offers data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering if needed.
- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Test customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
