Job Description
- Evaluate instructors and other staff members to ensure that the standardized curriculum is adhered to, and identify areas of improvement.
- Discipline students according to school policy and enforce campus rules, such as the dress code and attendance policy.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents and students to provide the best education for each student and assist them in their academic and professional goals
- Create benchmarks for students and teachers and track progress towards those goals.

- Participate in hiring, training and other employment activities for instructors and secondary staff members to create a dynamite team.
- Lead professional development programs for staff and encourage instructors to attend regional conferences to maintain the best academic programs.
- Establish curriculum guidelines in collaboration with other administrators and instructors in the school, and ensure that guidelines are adhered to.
- Respond immediately to concerns from parents and school board administrators.
- attending school functions after hours, such as basketball games, concerts, plays, parent conferences and school board meetings.
- Having a visible presence shows interest and dedication to students.
- Meets with the school superintendent and school board members to discuss and develop policies and procedures.
- Develops objectives for extra-curricular activities to include the sports program.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as head or principal.
- Attended at least 3 accreditations visits in his/her school or participated in accreditations school visits.
- PhD Holders are preferred.
- Dual Nationalities are welcomed to submit.
