Job Description
- Primarily responsible for implementing and providing support for ERP and other delta systems with a significant online presence.
- Analyze the systems and work directly with users and management to define system requirements, design and propose solutions, configure the software and train users.
- Examine the current system processes to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses, before they can develop ways it can be optimized.
- Responsible for optimizing the system for easy use, and training employees in its functions. Generally, a training program will be organized to educate employees as efficiently as possible.
- Required to manage internal systems either in IT Infrastructure or in IT Systems.
- Strong ERP and Infrastructure knowledge.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
Job Requirements
- Strong ERP and Infrastructure knowledge.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data center management and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
- BS in Computer Science or similar field
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software.
