Job Description
- Performing general administration tasks.
- Calculate taxes on incoming and outgoing invoices to incorporate them in company financial statements.
- Preparing regular tax reports to be delivered to the tax authorities to ensure company compliant tax status.
- Cooperate with external auditors and accounting offices to ensure the company passes all external inspections.
- Help with the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Understand and adhere to financial rules and regulations.
- Reviewing financial data and recording financial transactions collections, invoices, payments and expenses into journal entries.
- Aware of the custody process.
- Prepare daily cash flow reports and register all outstanding payment records.
- Aware and responsible for handling the airline ticketing tasks.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full logistics cycle.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers.
- Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets.
- Drawing up travel itineraries and ensuring that all the needed actions are met.
- Contacting airlines, hotels, and transportation companies.
- Dealing with payments.
