The ACE Program is a career development partnership between TCS and AIESEC that has the objective of providing youth with the exposure to highly qualified professional experiences. The Intern shall help in the staffing of UK and Ireland requirements. We would therefore need a candidate who is self-driven, team player and result oriented.
Main activities

Sourcing candidates from the job boards and Social Media.

Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions for UK and Ireland.

Provide recruiting services in accordance with our recruiting process, standards and systems.

Act like the key person between the Account team and the candidates in the Market.

Any other key recruitment related to activities that could help in closing positions.

The Intern shall have strong communication and negotiation skills.

The Intern shall know at least basic understanding on the Recruitment Cycle.

The Intern should be open to learn sourcing talents from various job boards.
Start date: as soon as possible.
Duration: 52 Weeks
