Job Description

  • Prepare Business Development Plans and Strategies to ensure financial and institutional sustainability
  • Establish business/market segment strategies to achieve growth / profitability objectives and increase customer satisfaction
  • Lead the commercial team to achieve the desired goals
  • Maintain proper follow-up on the implementation of pre-set goals and strategies and identify all business opportunities to increase sales volumes and market share.
  • Identify and develop relationships with new customers at all levels, in order to develop awareness of the benefits of the products and services
  • Visit existing and new customers when needed to develop and renew relationships to facilitate the expansion of Company’s trading portfolio throughout the market.
  • Awareness of Industry competition and competitors’ activities within the market
  • Provide customers with quotations, develop action plans and Manage the implementation plans’ facilitation with the team
  • Negotiate the terms of sales agreement and close the deal.
  • Work closely with other divisions to find opportunities to cross sell

Job Requirements

  • 10 : 15 years’ experience preferable in Outsourcing Services & BPO
  • Excellent communication, planning, problem solving presentation and Negotiation skills
  • Professional Net-worker
  • Develop new customers and business opportunities
  • Excellent Command of English Language
  • Ability to plan , formulate and implement and through Business Development Strategies.
  • Mobility inside and outside EGYPT.
